Jaron Bentley is of counsel to Maxwell Goss Law, focusing his practice on brand strategy, trademark prosecution and portfolio management, and trademark and copyright licensing. A Michigan native, Jaron started his legal career at one of the state’s premier law firms and has worked with an impressive range of clients, from local businesses and individuals to Fortune100 companies.

Jaron also serves as seconded in-house counsel for one of the world's most valuable brands, where he plays a key role in managing and protecting its trademark assets.

Jaron delivers comprehensive trademark protection solutions, from managing federal and international applications to monitoring and addressing online infringement. He helps clients cultivate their intellectual property assets and develop robust protection strategies aligned with their business goals.
